Pricing & Fees

Grief Coach Pathway (12-week programme): $2,000 USD paid in full, or 2 × $1,100 (10% instalment premium), or 3 × $747 (12% instalment premium).

What's included: 12 live Zoom sessions (alternating grief craft / practice building), a private community portal, all course materials, homework review by your assigned coach, and access to group Q&A calls for 6 months after graduation.

What's not included: ICF membership or re-certification fees (your responsibility), any external tools or platforms you choose for your own practice.

Pricing in other currencies: USD price is fixed; exchange rate fluctuations are the client's responsibility. We do not add currency surcharges.

Coaching Standards

All NavigaLife coaches hold a recognised coaching certification and complete our internal grief-coaching induction before working with clients.

  • Ada holds advanced training in grief facilitation and provides regular supervision to enrolled coaches throughout the Pathway.
  • Renu holds ICF-aligned certification and leads all business-building and systems modules.
  • Coaches commit to annual CPD (continuing professional development) and our in-house reflective practice framework.
  • We follow the ICF Code of Ethics. Clients have the right to terminate coaching at any time without penalty.

Privacy & Data

We collect only what we need to deliver your programme: your name, contact details, payment information (handled by a PCI-DSS processor) and the assessment answers you provide.

  • We never sell your data to third parties.
  • Session notes are kept securely and accessible only to you and your assigned coach.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
  • Data is stored on EU/UK-GDPR-compliant servers. US clients are protected under equivalent contractual standards.

Refund Policy

14-day cooling-off period: If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not yet attended a live session, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.

After the cooling-off period: We offer a pro-rata refund for any unused weeks, less a $150 administration fee, up to the end of Week 6. No refunds are available after Week 6 has commenced.

To request a refund, email us with your name and enrolment date. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Scope of Practice

Grief coaching is not therapy, counselling, or any form of clinical treatment. Our coaches are trained to support people navigating grief and transition — not to diagnose, treat or manage mental health conditions.

If at any point a coach believes a client would benefit from clinical support, they will say so clearly and provide appropriate signposting. Clients are never discouraged from also working with a therapist or counsellor.

The NavigaLife team reserves the right to pause or end a coaching relationship if a client's needs fall outside the scope of coaching.

Complaints Process

We take all concerns seriously. Here's what to do:

  • Step 1: Email us directly with a description of your concern. We will acknowledge within 2 business days.
  • Step 2: We will investigate and provide a written response within 10 business days.
  • Step 3: If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to our ICF-registered supervisor or to the ICF Ethics Committee.

All complaints are treated confidentially and without prejudice to your coaching relationship or any refund entitlement.

Cohort 01 is thriving — and we've learned a lot

We're halfway through the Grief Coach Pathway. Homework completion is running at 84% — better than we hoped. Two coaches have already started onboarding their first clients. Ada's supervision model is working brilliantly; we're seeing real breakthroughs in how coaches hold space.

One honest challenge: scheduling across time zones for the live calls has been harder than expected. We're building a better solution for Cohort 02.
